This program is an extensive basketball program that runs from October to April with children ages 5 to 16 in various levels.

The non-competitive Steve Nash program for the 5 to 7 year olds is very popular for beginners.

All other teams are competitive and compete in the Metro Minor Basketball of the Nova Scotia programs.
